    1. How do I search for products or part numbers?

               There are 2 ways to search for products or part numbers:

          a) Parameter Search
          Enter a keyword, part number or phrase in the search box.

          b) Website Navigation
          Using the Product Categories on the Home Page, you can drill down using sub-categories. Once you are presented with a list of products, you can use the Product Filters to find the exact
     ones you need.

    2. Can I order custom-length assemblies on the Gwave website?

                Yes! There are multiple ways to order custom cable assemblies. Follow these steps:

                From the Home Page select the "Cable Assemblies". The Cable Assemblies will present all of the possible cable assemblies. Click on the right model you demand ,then select the "Standard

                length" or input the length under the "Custom Length", our system will calculate the price and will generate a part number for you. After your order is submitted, you will receive a

                confirmation from Gwave.

    3. How do I track my order?

                Please log in your Account firstly.

           a) To log in, click on the "My Account" menu above to reach the login page.

           b) Follow the instructions for Returning Customer.

           c) Click "View your order history" under  My Orders.  Or you can select "Order History" from the form  on the right.

           d) The Order Status can tell you the status.


    4. Is your website secure?

                Yes. Our website is a VeriSign Secured Site. Security remains a primary concern of our company. The Gwave website implements Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificates which enables the

               encryption of all sensitive information during online transactions.

    5.  What payment methods do you offer?

           a) Gwave accepts the following cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express credit cards, purchase cards and major bank debit cards.

           b) Gwave also accepts payment from Paypal.

           c) Gwave offers open account with T/T payment as following:

    6. How do I review my order after it has been placed?

                Please log into your Account firstly.

          a) To log in, click on the "My Account" menu above to reach the login page.

          b) Follow the instructions for returning customers.

          c) Click "View your order history" under  My Orders.  Or you can select "Order History" from the form  on the right.

          d) The Order Status can tell you the status.


    7. How should I do if I have a question about my order?

    8. How do I change my password?

                Please log into your Account firstly.

           a) To log in, click on the "MyAccount" menu above to reach the login page.

           b) Click "Change your password" under My Account, Or select "Password" from the list on the right.

           c) Edit the password you wish to change.

           d) If you would like to change your username (e-mail address), click "Edit your account information", Or select "Edit account" from the list on the right.


    9. How should I do if I forgot my password?

           a) To log in, click on the "MyAccount" menu above to reach the login page.

           b) Select the "Forgotten Password" link.

           c) Enter your e-mail address and submit.

           d) Your password will be e-mailed to you.

    10. Privacy and Security

                  We collect the mail address, e-mail address, and phone information of those who communicate with us via written correspondence, e-mail, phone calls, and information volunteered by the

                  customer such as survey information and/or site registration. The information we collect is confidential and we do not share or rent your information with other organizations. To see our

    12. Downloads and Plugins

    All of Gwave's engineering drawings, datasheets, and catalog pages are available for download in PDF format. PDF (Portable Document Format) files are used by Adobe Acrobat, Adobe's

        electronic publishing software for Macintosh, Windows, UNIX and DOS computer platforms. You can download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Doing so will allow you to view,

        navigate, search and print our files.
